A BIT ABOUT ME
Greetings! My name is Dr. Adonius Lewis, Ed.L.D. I carry a consistent track record of driving exceptional student achievement outcomes. Beginning in the classroom, I was a National Blue Ribbon-contributing teacher and math department chair. As a principal, I led our school to perform in the top 1% of the state on standardized academic assessments, earning consecutive "A+" school report card ratings - despite being located in the heart of a historically marginalized community.
I founded Excel Learning LLC in 2018 to transform more schools through the strategic development of school leaders and their leadership teams. My approach to school improvement marries theory and practice with compassion and high expectations. In 2022, I earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
I’m on a mission to normalize equitable student outcomes in schools serving historically disadvantaged communities. I’m currently taking on new clients and I’d love to improve learning in your school or learning organization.
